Buckwheat Pancake Mix

Almanzo loved buckwheat pancakes, but it is an unusual type of pancakes to find recipes for.  Fortunately for us, you can now buy buckwheat pancake mix (or use it for waffles).  And even better, these pancakes are whole grain and healthier than your standard pancakes!
