Melissa Sue Anderson is an American-Canadian actress born on September 26, 1962, in Berkeley, California. Anderson grew up in a showbiz family and started her acting career at the age of six when she appeared in a television commercial. She landed her breakout role as Mary Ingalls on the television series ‘Little House on the Prairie.’
Anderson played the role of Mary Ingalls for the first seven seasons of ‘Little House on the Prairie,’ which aired from 1974 to 1981.
