Was Barbra Streisand on Little House on the Prairie?

Barbra Streisand appeared in many shows and movies throughout the run of Little House on the Prairie.   And while she did not appear on Little House on the Prairie as a guest star, she does have a connection with the show.

In 2013, Barbra’s husband James Brolin was rumoured to be planning a new television show somewhat based on the premise of Little House on the Prairie, but in a modern-day revamp of the show.

At the time, his then daughter-in-law Diane Lane was rumoured to be involved in the television show at some point. However, there’s been no progress on this television show in recent years.
