However, it was leaked several years ago that Hugh Jackman was among the actors being considered for the role of Charles Ingalls in a new movie adaptation of Little House on the Prairie that Sony was doing preliminary casting work on. However, there has been no new developments in this movie project, nor if Hugh Jackman was considering the role at all.
